Chipotle has developed an online training tool to help prospective hires understand what to expect when applying for a job.
Chipotle says the tool allows employers to assess applicants’ background, interests, and career goals and to tailor the interview process accordingly.
Employers are encouraged to use the tool to get a better understanding of potential candidates, as well as to evaluate whether candidates meet or exceed expectations.
For example, the company has put the tool in the hands of employees at a number of different businesses, including Starbucks, the largest fast-food chain in the world, and Amazon.
The tool has also been put in the care of hundreds of university professors.
Chipotles job search tool, which is available for free on the company’s website, lets employers use a range of different questions to gauge candidates’ strengths, skills and interests.
To get started, employers can use the Chipotle Job Search Tool or register for a free trial.
The company says the job search service helps employers assess candidates’ skills and strengths, as they prepare to interview.
The job search tools aim to answer the following questions:What’s the difference between a candidate’s experience and background?
What are the differences between a company and an individual employer?
How do you evaluate a candidate?
How will you use the information in the tool?
What’s important in an interview?
The tool also includes a quiz to assess candidates ability to work in an organization.
