HR experts in India have raised the question of why the system is under-developed.
HR professionals and stakeholders in the country have said the problem is lack of training and resources.
A number of HR experts also said that there are many problems with HR in the countries of the world.
The HR experts said there is no HR system to measure the effectiveness of the HR systems in different countries.
“The problem is that the HR professionals in India do not have the training to properly assess the effectiveness and efficacy of their work.
This is why we have been discussing the question about why there is not a HR system,” said S.K. Jha, CEO, HR Consulting firm Jha.
The reason is that HR professionals have been trained to assess their work in different disciplines such as accounting, legal, management, etc. However, these experts said the lack of proper training and adequate resources to measure their effectiveness is not the only problem.
They also said there are other issues with HR including the lack in accountability.
“Many HR professionals do not know how to properly communicate with their employees.
They do not understand that the employee is supposed to be in a safe environment, safe environment where there is nobody to be a witness,” said Dr. Akshay Prakash, Head, HR Research Group, HR Knowledge Centre.
Dr. Javed Khanna, Director, Center for Research in HR, HR Consultancy said, “The way the HR is functioning is not working.
We are witnessing the same thing that is happening in other countries.
The systems are not working properly.
There are many issues that are in place.
It is a very difficult job to get the right people in the right places.
It needs to be addressed,” said the HR expert.
