What’s it like to work at a company?
This is the question that the Human Resources department of a Melbourne-based company has been asked over the past few weeks by an internal recruiter, who wanted to know whether a job would offer a career path for someone who was coming to the company from another company.
The recruiter wanted to ensure the candidate had an idea of where the company was headed and what they were likely to do there.
This was the role of a ‘lifestyle recruiter’, and this is what they found out when they asked a question.
What the recruiter found The candidate’s answer to the question was very different to the interview questions they were asked.
The interview was a simple one-on-one, where the recrucer asked questions about how they had developed a strong work ethic and what it was like to do a career change at a workplace.
“We have a culture here that’s very focused on building skills, but that’s not the way we’ve developed our culture.
It’s not a career switch,” recruiter David Stacey said.
The candidate who was interviewing for the position, however, told the recruitor they were in for a “great opportunity” to make a difference in the workplace.
The recruit said they would work hard for the opportunity, and would be taking a break from the company to focus on their work.
They were then told they would be assigned a “life coach” who would give them the skills and motivation to keep working and working hard.
What’s a lifestyle recruiter like?
When you first get hired as a career-track worker at a business, you have to find a way to get away from the daily grind of the job.
You get to work from home and spend time with your family.
You have to eat a lot of good food.
But you have a lot more work to do in the company and in your work life.
That is where a lifestyle-recruiter comes in.
A lifestyle recruitor will work on your behalf to get you into a job that fits your lifestyle and interests.
They will work to get to know you better and work with you to find out what you like and what you don’t.
They are looking for people who are motivated and who want to help make a career move.

There are no job descriptions, and no expectations about what the job entails.
The job involves providing advice to people, such as “finding the balance between your personal and professional life”.
What the job doesn’t involve is giving you any direct employment, or having to go on job interviews.
The company can hire you on an ongoing basis.
What you are not allowed to do The role does not include work experience, or the right to take part in paid training.
It also does not involve any of the skills that a career consultant would need.
The position does not require the candidate to be a part-time employee, or have an income beyond the minimum wage.
But the recruiting company has a ‘life coach’ who is available to help with the job and the candidate can stay with the employer for a maximum of 24 months.
What happens after you have been hired as an employee The employer can also hire you as an independent contractor.
The employment relationship is separate from the job, and the employer does not have to pay for the hire.
The recruitment company is also not required to provide you with a job application form, and cannot contact you if they find you have not made a good impression on the employer.
How to apply A lifestyle-counsellor does not work for the company for the entire duration of their employment relationship.
